Terms and Conditions of Admission & Service

1. Institutional Identity

These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment, access, and participation in the training programs, written exam coaching courses, and SSB interview mentorship modules offered by GAPS SSB Durgapur, located at UCP-36, Silver Lining Tower, Bengal Ambuja, City Center, Durgapur, West Bengal 713216.

2. Admission & Batch Enrollment

Enrollment in any written program (NDA, CDS, AFCAT , SSC ,etc..) or practical module (21-Day SSB Immersion, Stage-I Screening) is subject to seat availability. Admission is confirmed only upon successful verification of candidate details and receipt of applicable tuition / seat reservation fees.

3. Code of Conduct & Ground Discipline

As an academy grooming future officers for the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force, the highest standard of discipline, punctuality, and officer-like conduct is mandatory. Candidates must adhere to physical safety protocols on the GTO obstacle training grounds and observe mutual respect toward fellow candidates and instructional staff. Any form of misconduct, insubordination, or property damage may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

4. Intellectual Property & Study Material

All proprietary study notes, practice questionnaires, psychological testing dossiers (TAT, WAT, SRT, SDT), and classroom lecture recordings provided by GAPS SSB are strictly for the personal academic preparation of the enrolled candidate. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or digital re-broadcasting is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with academy services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Durgapur, West Bengal.
