1. Information We Collect

When you register, submit an enquiry, or pay tuition/seat booking fees through our website, we collect:

• Personal Identifiers: Full Name, Date of Birth / Age, and Gender.
• Contact Details: WhatsApp Mobile Number and Email Address.
• Academic & Defence Background: Current Educational Qualification, Defence Entry Target (NDA, CDS, AFCAT , SSC ,etc..).
• Transaction Information: Order ID, Payment ID, timestamp, and amount paid.

2. How Your Information is Utilized

Your data is strictly utilized for educational and administrative purposes:

• Processing admissions, generating roll numbers, and verifying age eligibility.
• Dispatching batch schedules, classroom links, and official payment receipts.
• Academic progress tracking, personal PIQ evaluation, and director feedback sessions.

3. Payment Information Security

We do NOT store or process your sensitive financial data. All online transactions (UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Netbanking) are processed directly through RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (such as Razorpay). We never have access to your card CVVs, netbanking passwords, or UPI PINs.

4. Non-Disclosure Guarantee

GAPS SSB enforces a strict zero-spam policy. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share candidate contact details with third-party marketing brokers or advertisers.
